What customisation methods do you offer?
We offer in-house embroidery using commercial-grade Tajima machines and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. Embroidery is ideal for logos on polos, jackets, and caps. DTF printing suits full-colour designs, photographs, and complex graphics. We can advise on the best method for your specific requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We have no minimum order requirement. You can order a single garment with your logo or thousands - we treat every order with the same care and quality standards.
How long does delivery take?
Standard customised orders are delivered within 15-20 working days from design proof approval. Express options (3-5 working days) are available at checkout. Non-customised items dispatch within 3-5 working days. UK delivery is free on orders over £150.
Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?
Yes. Our product pages show automatic quantity-based pricing tiers. For large corporate orders, bespoke pricing is available through our contact team on 01698 534414.

Will I receive a design proof before production begins?
Yes - every custom order includes a free digital design proof. After placing your order, our design team will mock up your logo on the chosen garment for your approval. You can request changes until you're happy with the design. If you're not satisfied with the proofs for any reason, you can request a full refund. Nothing is produced until you give written approval.
