Questions about your order
Where do I find my order number?
It's on your order confirmation email, for example #84366. You may also see a second number on emails from our production team. Either number works here.
Why do I have two order numbers?
You get one number when you order online and a second when your order goes into production. Both point to the same order, and either works on this page.
When will I get my logo proof?
Expect your design proof by email within 1–2 working days. Check your junk or spam folder too.
How long will my order take?
Orders with a logo: 15–20 working days from logo approval. Need it sooner? Choose 5 or 2 working day express at checkout.
Orders without a logo: 3–5 working days, or 2 working days with express (order before 12pm for same-day dispatch).
Can I change my order?
Yes, before production starts. Contact our team and they'll make the change for you. Once your order is in production, it can no longer be changed.
How will I know when it's dispatched?
APC emails you a tracking link once your order leaves us. If you can't see it, check your junk folder.
My order looks late. What should I do?
Sorry about that. If there's a delay, our team will be in touch about your date. You can check the latest stage here at any time.
