Refund policy
Standard Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £150 inc. VAT (£125 ex.). We aim to deliver your goods within 3-5 working days of receiving your order.
Express Delivery
We can also offer faster delivery options at checkout, including a 2 working day service and a next working day service (same-day dispatch if ordered before 12pm). Please note these options are not available for customised goods.
Customised Items
For customised items the standard lead time is 15-20 working days from logo proof approval, and this is free on orders over £150 inc. VAT (£125 ex.). We also offer customised express delivery, within 5 working days from logo proof approval.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer an exchange service, therefore alternate sizes will have to be re-ordered via our website:
Returns can be made providing it is within 14 days of delivery.
Returned goods must meet the following requirements or they will be rejected upon return:
- Items must be unworn with no sign of wear and within their original packaging
- Items must be free of any odour or scents such as smoke, food, pets, etc
- Packaging must include a copy of your original order number and reason for return
If your return meets the above criteria you may ship your goods to us at the address below.
Please note returns are not free (we do not provide labels).

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged in return transit.
Please note we cannot accept returns on customised items unless they are faulty. For more information please see our Terms & Conditions.
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take 2-5 days to appear on your statement.
