The Evolution Hulk Compaction Plate is a professional quality compaction plate which offers superb value and is a very realistic alternative to hiring for many users. It is powered by a 2.4hp, 4 Stroke OHV Single Cylinder petrol engine and has a compact deisgn so it is very portable, but rest assured although small in size, performance is not compromised.
