EVO® VISTAlens® with ID Badge Holder

EVO®VISTAlens® is a next generation feature-rich safety helmet based on the proven Evolution® head protection technology. Incorporating a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated overspec. The eyewear is easy to deploy, adjust and maintain ensuring protection is on hand whenever it is required.

  • Molten Metal Tested - No penetration to helmet shell. Shell deformation must remain under < 10mm
  • Lateral Deformation Tested - Additional EN397 test
  • -40°C Tested - The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours. The Helmet withstands EN397 tests
  • EN50365 Electrical Insulation - For use on low voltage installations. This optional test ensures reliable protection against electric shock up to AC 1000 V or DC 1500 V

VISIONARY PROTECTION
The EVO® VISTA® has been developed from the ground up to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of above the neck PPE. The helmet combines a super strong ABS shell designed for superior all day protection with the comfort benefits of the Evolution® 3D-Adjustment harness system.

SAFETY CELL PROTECTION
As part of JSP's ongoing product development philosophy the EVO® VISTA® has not just been designed to meet a standard but to exceed it on many levels. JSP prioritise the needs and safety of the wearer, and the safety cell is born from that commitment. The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the overspec cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.

PRESCRIPTION PROTECTION
Fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO® VISTAlens® allows the individual wearer's prescription glasses to be comfortably worn underneath the integrated overspec, reducing cost and ensuring protection and vision are not compromised.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE
Pivot arms allow EVO® VISTAlens® to be retracted and deployed seamlessly. Pivots smoothly giving a wide arc allowing for prescription spectacles to be worn.

COMPATIBILITY
EVO® VISTAlens® has been specifically designed to maximise compatibility with JSP respirators such as the Force®8 PressToCheck and the Sonis® helmet mounted ear defender range.

VENTILATION
The shell is dual vented to increase comfort and allow a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperature by an average 2-3 degrees. Ventilation is optional.

CR2 REFLECTIVITY
CR2 is a high intensity reflective material offering, on average, 60% more reflectivity than standard reflective clothing. CR2 is optional.

TPR LENS SEAL
The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) seal on the lens moulds to the wearer's face, creating a good seal for better projectile protection and increased comfort.

VISION
The optical class 1 overspec offers a panoramic view with minimal distortion. Conforms to EN166.1.BT. The safety lens offers B-rated impact protection - tested with 6mm steel ball bearing at speeds of up to 270mph (435kph).

ID CARD HOLDER
Clear plastic ID card holder fits standard business card size identification. Simple push and slide mechanism. A lamp bracket is positioned at the top of the unit. Ventilation is optional.

COMFORT
Compact and lightweight at only 490g. A fully adjustable wheel ratchet and unique 3D adjustment secures the helmet. A 6-point terylene harness & Egyptian cotton Chamlon sweatband offers unrivalled comfort.

How do I place a customised order?

Customise your order in 3 simple steps.

1. Select your colour
2. Select your sizes & press the green next button
3. Press the add branding option to begin.

Note: we will always send a design proof for approval before production begins.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

For customised items, for standard embroidery and print delivery the current lead time is 15-20 working days from logo approval. For express embroidery and print delivery the current lead time is within 3 or 5 working days depending on the option selected on checkout. This will be subject to stock availability, but any delays will be communicated to you straight away.

A design proof will be sent for approval prior to production.

For non-customised items, please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. If you require faster delivery please contact us directly.

Please note you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking reference as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Do you charge for delivery?

Deliveries are free to UK mainland on all orders over £150.

Please note we use express delivery services with full tracking to ensure you are notified at all times. For more information on delivery please click here.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with your order.

Orders can be amended providing they have not already been customised.

A small fee may apply if we do not have the item in stock and are required to place an additional order with our supplier.

Can I return my item?

Returns can be made within 14 days providing the goods have not been embroidered or printed.

Please note that goods must be returned within the original packaging.

NOTE - delivery charges of £6.99+VAT are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue.

What is the status of my return?

Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your item. If you have not heard anything within 5 working days, please feel free to contact our team for an update.

Do you provide samples?

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. We have no minimum order fee, meaning you can place a smaller order to test the size and quality of your chosen garment prior to committing to a larger order. For more information please contact our sales team.

What if I don’t have a logo?

Don’t worry if you don’t already have a logo. You can choose from several fonts to create a text logo, just select this method when you are placing your order.

What size will my logo be?

Most standard breast logos will be approximately 8-12cm wide.

For large front and back designs the approximate width will be 20-25cm and the height will be adjusted to suit the width.

The size of your logo will be shown on the artwork proof that our design team will send you for approval before production.

Please note the size can be amended on request.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa. In addition, we can accept payments by Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Please note for security reasons we cannot accept card details over the phone. Telephone orders are welcomed and a proforma invoice will be sent for payment ahead of your order being processed.

Can I open a credit/trade account?

Absolutely! We want to make your ordering process as simple as possible. As such, we offer an extensive free account management service. Credit accounts will be subject to order history and a credit check by an independent provider.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your goods in our warehouse. From there please allow a few days for it to appear in your bank account. If you have any issues with your refund please contact us directly.
