These faceshields are designed to fit 3M™ SecureFit™ X5000 & X5500 and G3000 Safety Helmets and G500 headgearAll 3M™ 5-series clear faceshields are certified to EN 166 and designed to provide protection against various industrial hazards including high speed particles, UV and infra-red radiation, secondary welding light, liquid splashes or molten metal splashes. All 3M™ 5-series Mesh Faceshields are certified to EN 1731:2006 and are designed to offer eye and face protection against flying wood chips and twigs, whilst allowing fog-free vision and increased ventilation when working in strenuous outdoor conditions. Our range of clear, green, and gold-plated faceshields come in curved or flat face designs. They are optical class 1 and provide protection against high speed particles of medium energy (120 m/s), marked grade B, except 5H which provides protection against particles with low energy (45m/s) marked grade F, and 5A-CPF which provides protection against particles with low energy (45m/s) and in addition meets the requirement after conditioning at 55°C and -5°C, marked grade FT. 5F-11, 5A-CPF and 5E-11 Faceshields have an anti-fog coating.
  • 3M Faceshields are attached to 3M Safety Helmets using 3M Faceshield Holders and/or directly to 3M Headgear. Please refer to TDS for exact compatibility details. The snap in feature makes it quick and easy for the faceshields to connect to the Faceshield Holder. All 5-series faceshields are compatible with 3M™ V9 safety helmet integrated safety glasses, and a wide variety of 3M™ PELTOR™ ear muffs and communication headsets.

How do I place a customised order?

Customise your order in 3 simple steps.

1. Select your colour
2. Select your sizes & press the green next button
3. Press the add branding option to begin.

Note: we will always send a design proof for approval before production begins.

If you have any issues placing your order online, please contact us.

When will my order be dispatched and delivered?

Plain items (no logo): standard delivery takes 3-5 working days. Need it sooner? Choose express delivery at checkout for delivery within 2 working days (order before 12pm for same-day dispatch).

Customised items: standard delivery takes 15-20 working days from logo approval. Choose express delivery at checkout for delivery within 5 working days from logo approval.

We send a design proof for approval before production starts. Dispatch depends on stock, and we will tell you straight away about any delay.

You will get an email with your tracking reference as soon as your order is dispatched.

Do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland on all orders over £150 inc. VAT (£125 ex.), for plain and customised items. Express delivery is charged at checkout.

We use tracked delivery services, so you are notified at every step. For more information on delivery please click here.

Can I get a quote for a bulk order?

Yes. Fill in our Get a Quote form with the items, quantities and branding you need, and our team will get back to you, usually within 1-2 hours during working hours.

Can I reorder the same items as last time?

Yes. Contact us with your previous order number and we will set up the same items with the same logo for you.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with your order.

Orders can be amended providing they have not already been customised.

A small fee may apply if we do not have the item in stock and are required to place an additional order with our supplier.

Can I return my item?

Returns can be made within 14 days providing the goods have not been embroidered or printed.

Please note that goods must be returned within the original packaging.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received an item that is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible so that we can rectify the issue.

What is the status of my return?

Returns and refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your item. If you have not heard anything within 5 working days, please feel free to contact our team for an update.

Is the logo free on bundles?

Yes, for one position. Bundles include one free logo per item on the left breast.

You can add more logos in other positions, such as the back or a sleeve. Extra logos are charged at our standard rates, listed on our Application Methods & Artwork Guidelines page, and appear in your basket before you pay.

Can I have more than one logo?

Yes. Add a logo in as many positions as you need, for example left breast, right breast, large front, large back, sleeves and nape of neck. Caps take a front and back logo. Available positions vary by product.

Do you provide samples?

We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your order. We have no minimum order fee, meaning you can place a smaller order to test the size and quality of your chosen garment prior to committing to a larger order. For more information please contact our sales team.

What if I don’t have a logo?

Don’t worry if you don’t already have a logo. You can choose from several fonts to create a text logo, just select this method when you are placing your order.

What size will my logo be?

Most standard breast logos will be approximately 8-12cm wide.

For large front and back designs the approximate width will be 20-25cm and the height will be adjusted to suit the width.

The size of your logo will be shown on the artwork proof that our design team will send you for approval before production.

Please note the size can be amended on request.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard and Visa. In addition, we can accept payments by Bank Transfer, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Please note for security reasons we cannot accept card details over the phone. Telephone orders are welcomed and a proforma invoice will be sent for payment ahead of your order being processed.

Can I open a credit/trade account?

Absolutely! We want to make your ordering process as simple as possible. As such, we offer an extensive free account management service. Credit accounts will be subject to order history and a credit check by an independent provider.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your goods in our warehouse. From there please allow a few days for it to appear in your bank account. If you have any issues with your refund please contact us directly.
