Delivery and Returns

Economy Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £250. We aim to deliver your goods 5-7 working days of receiving your order.


Express Delivery
We can also offer an express 1-4 day delivery, however please note this option is not available for customised goods.

Customised Items
For customised items the lead time is 15-20 working days from order. If you require a faster delivery please contact us and we will do our best to arrange.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service, therefore alternate sizes will have to be re-ordered via our website:

Returns can be made providing it is within 14 days of delivery. Returned goods must meet the following requirements or they will be rejected upon return:

  • Items must be unworn with no sign of wear and within their original packaging 
  • Items must be free of any odour or scents such as smoke, food, pets, etc
  • Packaging must include a copy of your original order number and reason for return

If your return meets the above criteria you may ship your goods to us at the address below.

Please note returns are not free (we do not provide labels) and the original shipping fee of £6.99+VAT will be deducted from your refund value.

Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receiving your goods. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method and may take 2-5 days to appear on your bank account.
